The venue was fairly clean and the staff were polite. The breakfast was warm, guests were offered eggs, toast and cereal.

Wi-Fi didn't work, made me a little nervous.

Loved this low budget hotel, would recommend. It was useful base for travelling to Kissimmee, I was glad to stay there. Booked a room with a good view. The breakfast had lots of options: cereals, toast and eggs.

enviable location, spotless, comfy bed, outstanding staff. i got free upgrade and loved it. there were exceptional coffee, bread, cakes, eggs and pancakes. the smooth check-in too.

All in all top location and everything else was great. Perfect and immaculate room with fine bathroom. A sandy beach, perfect view. Having biscuits and afternoon tea in the outdoor bar after a long day was just lovely...
